I was matched with Jessica because I asked a question on real estate website Redfin and was randomly assigned her to answer the question. I then looked her up online and saw she had some good reviews so I decided to continue with her. Even though the reviews I read were glowing she far exceeded our expectations as she spent many hours hauling us around to look at places that I had identified on Redfin. After a few days we found a place we loved and she did everything we needed to complete the purchase. She has continued to follow up as we move in. She couldn't be nicer or more polite. When I first inquired about a property in Banner Elk I received numerous responses via emails. However, Jessica was the only to actually call me. As a result we chose to work with her. For over a year we have been going back n forth on various properties ranging from $6m to $800k. We just never found one that struck the buy me cord. Until, we found one in Beech Mountain Community. We purchased it and then she was showing me some other land properties and purchased an 8 acre plot. We have become good friends with her and her husband.
